Yes, go to 'My bookings'. Refund conditions depend on the cancellation delay. Check details in each experience listing.

Yes, all payments are processed via Stripe. No banking data is stored by Locotrip.

Guides have 48h to respond. After this delay, the request automatically expires. You can try booking another experience.

Yes, as soon as a booking is accepted, a secure chat opens in your 'My messages' space.

If you encountered a problem during an experience (delay, absence, inappropriate behavior...):

  2. Fill in the details
  3. Our team will process your request within 72h maximum
